Claims to be alright before June 2022. In June 2022, c/o sudden irruption of dry inflammatory cutaneous red sores in the face, arms, and back. No known trigger factor. Dr. prescribed ointments (desonide cream, ozenoxacin cream, cetyl alc., and stearyl alc. lotion), applying which symptoms resolved within 12 days. A few days ago, after eating palak chicken at around 10 am and sattu at 6pm, pt started c/o epigastric pain and went to the washroom around 8:30 pm. The stool was of normal consistency and vol. Used to work as a farmer (he had to work lengthy hrs in the field and water) for 13-14 yrs but later changed his profession and became a homeopathy shop owner for 21 yrs. Had to sell everything because of financial constraints. He used to live near a forest area and had no access to purified drinking water during childhood. Pt reported when he was a farmer, he had no fixed time for bathing or eating since had to work long hrs in the field.  For the past 30-40 yrs he used to suffer from fever (100-101F) quite often which would go away on taking medications within

Dr. diagnosed it to be due to some issue with the gallbladder. Cholecystectomy was done 15 days later. The pain resolved after that. 8-9 yrs ago, c/o constipation, bleeding pr (2-3 times the small amount). Burning sensation after passing very hard stool. 10-12 days later went to Dr. who performed a small? Sx after which the bleeding stopped. Was given laxatives for constipation.
