Till 2011, he claimed to be feeling alright. In 2012, he started c/o slight pain in the left loin region (continuous) with gradual swelling of the left side of the abdomen which was more prominent when he lay down. His urine output was low. After staying like that for 1.5 months he visited a Dr. Test confirmed hydronephrosis due to left renal calculi. Sx was done after 7 days. His symptoms resolved after Sx. PATIENT HISTORY: Pt is a 53 yr old female, a school teacher by profession. She was completely alright 7 yrs ago.  For the past 5-7 yrs, she started noticing uncontrolled movements of her fingers toes, and sometimes lips associated with no other symptoms (such as loss of sensation, weakness in grip strength, etc). With time it is becoming more severe (at present, each episode lasts for 10-15 mins, 2-3 times/day; throughout the day, not during sleep). At the age of 12, had a history of chicken pox. Pt reported that he believes since he belonged to a humble family background he did not receive adequate nutritive foods, so his immunity and digestive system is not strong.
